The volunteers of our Cowtown Birthplace of Western Swing Organization are working diligently to ensure that our inaugural November 11, 12 & 13, 2021 Festival proceeds forward as scheduled with the utmost success. Our existing ticket holders and future attendees are our top priority. From giving you your money's worth with this historic entertainment experience, to keeping you safe during our 3-day event... YOU are our top priority.

During these recent uncertain and constantly changing times, our goal is to keep you informed of where we are respect to all required state and city COVID-19 safety regulations. If at some point in time the pandemic is not projected to be under control, or if the State of Texas decides to restrict large indoor gatherings, our CBWS Festival will necessarily be forced to postpone until the 2nd weekend of November 2022. If that unlikely decision is made, in lieu of ticket refunds for existing ticket holders, The Cowtown Birthplace of Western Swing Organization will honor all pre-purchased tickets from Tickets to the City and from our current PayPal tickets page for admission to the following year's Festival.

Please be advised that our previous credit card ticket processor (Tickets to the City) is not responsible for refunds for any reason, including without limitation, cancellation or postponement of the Cowtown Birthplace of Western Swing Festival, customer dissatisfaction with performances and/or seat location, or for any other reason. The Cowtown Birthplace of Western Swing Organization will honor all ticket holders who desire a refund to instead use their existing ticket purchase towards the following year's CBWS Festival.
